About The Founder
Eduardo Zepeda
Founder and principal broker
Eduardo Zepeda, a proud Bay Area native and long-time San Francisco resident, launched his commercial real estate career in 2009 as a property manager overseeing a portfolio of commercial buildings in downtown San Francisco. Over time, he advanced to the roles of asset manager and leasing executive, managing every aspect of the portfolio—from marketing and property tours to lease negotiations, drafting, and execution with several hundred lease transactions completed.
In addition to his expertise in asset management and landlord representation, Eduardo has also represented a wide range of tenants in leasing transactions across office, retail, and industrial properties. By leveraging his extensive experience on the landlord side, he's been able to assist many commercial tenants ranging from small businesses to corporate enterprises negotiate advantageous lease terms that align with their immediate and long-term goals.
In 2024, Eduardo founded Strata Group Real Estate to address a critical gap in the local market. He recognized that most property management companies focused on residential real estate, while commercial firms primarily catered to institutional landlords. With Strata Group, Eduardo set out to provide investors and property owners of all sizes with the sophisticated management and advisory services typically reserved for institutional owners.
Today, Eduardo lives in San Francisco with his partner and their three young children. Outside of his work in real estate, he enjoys golfing, exploring the city on urban hikes, taking family trips to Tahoe, and discovering new restaurants in San Francisco's vibrant culinary scene.
